If you are not satisfied with the product or service provided by Auckland Tyres, please contact us at [email protected] or on 09 622 2727 so we can work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you decide that you no longer require the tyres after making payment online, but before the tyres have been fitted, please email [email protected] to arrange a refund to your original payment method. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
Once tyres have been fitted to your vehicle, they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, any tyre refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the remaining usable tread depth of the tyre.
